Synopsis: Filem FLAT 3A mengisahkan tentang pengalaman ngeri dan seram Fikah (Intan Ladyana) dan teman lelakinya Anas. Setelah Fikah berpindah ke rumah baru, tanpa diduga rumah tersebut adalah sebuah rumah tinggal yang cukup berpuaka dan mula menghantui Fikah. Di samping itu usaha Wahyu (Ery Zukhairi) yang menjejaki kehilangan anak saudaranya, Fatin mula merungkai segala persoalan dan misteri. Apakah punca rumah itu berpuaka dan apakah yang bakal terjadi kepada Fikah dan Anas? Apakah kaitan Fatin & Wahyu dalam misteri rumah tersebut?

Plot:
